Detail Information:
1, Job description
· Manage, operate and responsible for the accuracy of accounting transactions & accounting data.
· Control system data in order to match with accounting standard and accounting regulation.
· Ensure personal and team compliance with local Vietnamese regulations and the local Company and Group regulations.
· Assign the detail task to accounting staff suitable with their skill & experience
· Review and ensure proper controls of journals on deposits, prepayments, cash, accruals, allocation of expenses, asset, adjustments of accounts… meeting with deadline;
· Initiate a proactive update or change in processes and systems to improve controls, efficiency and timelines where necessary
· Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end procedure
· Collect data from departments for accounting recording
· Associate with other department in matching data end of month ensure that the data of report reflect accuracy the business operating of company
· In charge of tax refund
· Control, prepare and responsible monthly report( VAT, PIT, …), CIT, PIT balance report, financial report and other report to local department
· Control and prepare data, document for interim and ended year audit term
Work with auditor for finalization financial report, package report to group
· Other task will be discussed in the interview
2, Requirement
· Gender: Male/Female, Age: From 28 to 35
· University or higher degree in Accounting – Audit. At least 5 years in a similar position/ role.
